Smegma
The smegma is the white cheesy sebaceous matter that collects around the glans of the penis or the clitoris.
The clitoris is protected by a fold of skin-like tissue that acts as hood over the top of the clitoris. This is analogous to the male foreskin or prepuce, and is called the clitoral hood.
When the clitoris is engorged the hood slides away exposing the clitoris for sexual stimulation. It is lined with grease glands that secrete an oily material which lubricates the area and keeps this tissue pliable and soft. Smegma is composed of a mixture of desquamated surface cells and this grease. Children, both boys and girls, do not appear to create significant amounts of smegma. The body's production increases in adolescence suggesting a functional or protective role in sexual activity.
To illustrate this web page we asked a woman to refrain to take extra care to wash away her smegma when she took showers and not to bathed or swim.

Right after taking a shower she was asked to show her clitoris.
On the right you can see a normal pull back of the hood displaying a clitoris with no smegma visible.
On the left more effort was exerted to pull back the hood completely displaying a nice crown of smegma in the groove between the the hood and the glans. For most women if you don't wash very carefully pulling back the hood and using the wash cloth to whisk away any trace of smegma or taking long bath or swim there are always possibility that some white residues stay under the hood. Luckily women do not show that part of them very often
Here are some photos of completely unhooded clitoris's glans with after a swim. Even without washing it carefully the smegma dissolve almost completely. Only light trace are visible in the enlarge photos
Now some unwashed clitoris, We asked our model if it was possible to have photographs of her dirty vulva after she came back from back-country hikes were showers are not available. She agreed to try to be careful when she used wet one on her genital.

I
t's rare to have photos of dirty clitoris. Most people are clean by nature and would not want to be show unkempt.
On the right most of the secretion on the front and body the glans would have washed in a regular shower. Those clitoris are at least 4 to 5 days left unwashed
On the left there a nice growler on top of the glans that was not easily found on this 4 days unwashed vulva. A normal hood pull back would have revealed a minimum amount of smegma.
This is a realy dirty clitoral glans.
There is not just the normaly secreted smegma on the glans but also a dark foreing piece. It could be a piece of lint from underwear.
You can also use your nail to scrape away the smegma. Again this clitoris's glans is showed after a shower for demonstration purpose.
